MESH WITH YOUR WORKFLOW

Conceived to soften and promote a more even delivery of water to the coffee bed on which it rests, the BPLUS Lower Shower Screen will help prevent channeling and ensure a more even & balanced extraction with your espresso machine.

Composed of multi-layered stainless steel mesh, the puck screen will also reduce the need for cleaning of the brew head with lever machines in particular, as it minimises the amount of coffee material that is pulled into the brew head when lifting the lever after a shot is completed. Simply place atop your prepared coffee bed prior to your pull, then rinse clean after use.

Available in your choice of diameter to match your filter basket size.
FEATURES

Multi-layered stainless steel Puck Screen; sits atop the coffee bed to promote a gentler and more even distribution of water.

Given the thermal mass of the screen, it is recommended that it be preheated along with your brew head and portafilter.

Compatible with various espresso machines and filter basket sizes.

Cafelat Robot model includes a 5mm centre cutout for insertion of Silicone Pin.

9Barista compatible model includes 2 x puck screen o-rings to keep the screen firmly in place when inverted, and 2 x isolation o-rings to help avoid coffee backflow after the completion of your infusion.
